December Meeting
There will be NO December meeting. Our next monthly meeting will be January 5, 2018 at 7:30pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton. After a brief business meeting, the program will be regarding Hamfest 2018.
Speaking of the RAB
The 145.31 and 444.473 machines are operating correctly. Plans are in the works to replace the existing 39 antenna with a more efficient one, as well as changing some internal cables and adding filters.
Christmas Party
The annual Christmas Party will be on December 3 at 3pm. The location will be Barones Restaurant, 475 Pennsylvania Ave, Glen Ellyn. The cost will be $15/Adult, $6/Under 12. Payment must be received by November 15, 2017 (NO refunds). The menu will consist of pizza, salad, bread, fettuccini alfredo, chicken parmigiana, soda, milk, coffee and tea. A dessert will also be served. We request that all adults bring a white elephant. Contact Ruth for details.
