WCRA November Meeting 2024

PROGRAM: Show And Tell
A monthly club meeting of the Wheaton Community Radio Amateurs will be held Friday, November 8, 2024, at 7:30 PM. This is the formal rescheduling of the meeting that would have been regularly held Friday, November 1, 2024. The meeting will consist of a business meeting followed by an educational program The meeting will be held at our usual location of 418 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL. This is the office of the DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management which is a secure facility.
Following the meeting, a program of “show and tell” will be moderated by our vice president, Tom, N9CBA. He requests that you bring an item that may be of interest to your fellow radio amateurs; the item should be at least tangentially related to amateur radio.

2024 Holiday Party
The WCRA holiday party will be held at 4pm (1600 hrs, local time) on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Cooper’s Corner, 27W150 Roosevelt Rd., Winfield, IL 60190. The restaurant is on the northwest corner of East Street and Roosevelt Rd in Winfield. (East St. is west of County Farm Rd. and east of Winfield Rd.

Please note that there will not be a monthly club meeting on Friday, December 6.
