WCRA Monthly Meetings
Our regular monthly meeting is held the first
Friday of each month, unless that falls on a holiday weekend. Our
starting time is 7:30 PM. We meet at the First Presbyterian Church in
Wheaton,Illinois, at the intersection of Jefferson and Ellis Avenues.

The format of the monthly membership meetings is normally a business
followed by a short refreshment break and social time, and finished up
with a program of interest to members and the Amateur Radio community
in general. The business meetings tend to last for approximately one
hour, and the length of the programs vary from 30 minutes to 90
All who are interested in amateur radio are welcome to attend and enjoy the programs.
You do not have to be a licensed ham, nor a member of the club to attend. Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
This is a great way to meet our club and and learn about our hobby.
The Annual Meeting is held during the April regular membership
Annual Officer Elections take place at this meeting.
In December of each year, a Holiday party is held in place of the membership meeting. Additionally, special meetings may be called from time to time per the processes outlined in the by-laws.
Executive Board Meetings are open for members to attend as guests,
but participation may be limited at the discretion of the Executive
Board. The Executive Board meetings are held contingent upon the
availability of a quorum of current board members to meet.
